HI,
I am new to this forum. I would like to ask the regulars on this problem I've been having. I am trying to find a place to live in pittsburgh. I have been searching apartment sites etc for the last 2 weeks. I will be working near the hospitals ( shady/presby/VA). I want a place that is relatively close ( 10min-15min) but is close to restaurants/bars/coffee shop and also relatively safe. My budget is 1000/month not including utilities. Any thoughts. I was looking at the shadyside area but it seems some of the cheaper housing options seems old. I also have a dog. also, some of the nicer apartments are quite steep ( 1200+). One of the place I've consider was the cork factory. IT seems nice. and they allow dogs. Any other specific places that I should look. due to my crappy schedule right now its hard for me to go and physically visit some of these locations. Thanks again.
