I'm looking to buy a house in Pgh and wonder if the trash, water & sewer bills are combined? Can anyone tell me what the average monthly bill is for any or all? Thanks so much.

Your water and sewer bill would depend on your monthly usage. How large is your family? How many baths or showers does each family member take per day? Is there a swimming pool? How many loads of laundry are done per week. Do you own water efficient washers and dishwashers? Certainly, you already know your water consumption where you currently live. You can contact the city of Pittsburgh and ask for the per unit price for water and sewage to calculate your own estimate based on your current usage.

Water & sewer are combined for billing methods...Trash is part of your city taxes...No extra bill for that...

On average I see in our rental units in the city... a monthly average of 25.00 per adult and 15.00 per child monthly...(2) adults (2) children...avg bill 80.00..

for what it's worth if you are looking to rent you most likely won't be on the hook for those bills.
