If I hit the PowerBall for 300 million, you better believe I will have a condo in Manhattan. I would then actually be able to enjoy the city and have a drink at Tavern on the Green and a Pina Colada at Trader Vics. Supermodels in NYC have the income, but it must be torture to be 5' 9" and have to maintain 110 lbs. with all of that temptation around you. Whereas many of those who don't get paid for their apperance can't afford it anyway.
