Default Good Thai Restaurants

I'll be in Pittsburgh later this month and wondered if anyone had a recommendation for a good Thai place fairly close to either Pitt or Duquesne. When I tried to look online, all I could find were places that seemed to be around the East Liberty area, which I understand may not be the best location for someone who's not too familiar with the city to drive around.

I've eaten at Bangkok Balcony a couple times at lunch and its pretty good in my opinion. The owners also have the Silk Elephant nearby that's a little higher end. Its on Forbes Ave. near Murray Ave. in Squirrel Hill.

Nicky's Thai Kitchen on Western Avenue on the North Side is a popular Thai restaurant.

Thanks - this location seems great; will give us a chance to see some of the Squirrel Hill area east of Pitt.

I like Bangkok Balcony, but also Sun Penang, across Forbes Avenue, a little closer to Murray Avenue. It's Malaysian, but they tell me it's a cross between Indian and Thai. Anyway, it's good, and it's a good deal at lunchtime.

There are definitely not any Thai restaurants in East Liberty or even particularly close to it.
