Hi,
I am Indian. I would like to know which type of problems do you face from Indians in pittsburgh and what is the perfect solution to that according to you?

The Pirates might have trouble with the Cleveland Indians. OK I'm kidding, problems from the Cleveland Indians is not likely. Also, not too many problems with any other Indians, as far as I know. (To be fair, though, I'm not local and am just basing this on observations from afar--maybe others will say differently.)

I made Chicken Tikka Masala over the weekend, and the recipe had me use "bruised" whole cardamom pods. Next time I would use the ground seeds, as the pods were too woody to chew. I had to spit them out.

I guess I don't perceive Indians as a problem. Do you expect people to?

My first instinct was to make some snarky comment about how the calvary is being called in due to all of the attacks on villagers, or something about dodging arrows, or how being scalped was not too pleasant, or some old cowboy western movie reference, but then thought better of it...

Never noticed or experienced any problems with any person from India. Love Indian food. Have found most of the people I've encountered to be friendly and kind. Is there some evil lurking that we should be aware of?

I eat Indian food, shop at Indian grocers, have worked with Indians, listen to Hindi music from time to time, and have Indian doctors. Never had a single problem with an Indian person, you'll be fine here.

My instinct was just to say "What problems?" I'm not aware of any.

No problem in general with Indians. They're culturally tied to the British and have an excellent command of English, so there isn't that much of a culture clash with them.

No problem here, either. Very nice personalities and hard workers. I work with a bunch.

Only small gripe I have is I wish more would "westernize" their bathing/deodorant habits and do it more often. Having 2-3 hr meetings with 5-20 people in a small, stuffy room can get a little odoriferous at times.
