Well if you had enough money, bodyguards, and friends in the police department you could probably get away with bruises to the face, lacerations, and vaginal bleeding on a girl 1/4th of your size too. Just a hunch.

However, they were so quick to forgive the wife beater, the Al-Qaeda supporter, and now the drunker driver who could have killed someone.
Lol this is so damn true. Yinzer nation at its best.

I think that it's very hypocritical to assume that Roethlisberger "paid people off" when most of the people making such an assertion would fly into vehement rage if somebody made the suggestion that the alleged victim was "looking for an easy pay day." You can't have it both ways, especially since both assertions are equally bogus.

As for the bruise and the lacerations, they prove nothing. Furthermore, all the GBI needed was one billionth of one gram of DNA to run a profile, and they couldn't even find that. I guess Roethlisberger paid off the hospital personnel who administered the rape kit.

Uh, wrong. They prove somebody assaulted the accuser.

Maybe Ben used a condom.

Yep, it was documented that she was assaulted. Also here's the accusing officer in the "case":

Sure look like buds to me.

Anyway, lets start talking about good ol' smiley Hines again.

News said he refused to take the breathalyzer test. Spokesman said he was fully cooperative. His eyes don't look bloodshot in the mugshot although that's a stupid looking expression for someone we are used to see smiling.
