Well, not uniforms or dress clothes, but generally, when I had worked in hospitals previously, the patients wore night clothes, stuff you'd wear to bed.

These days, the only times I dress up are for my job, a date, a social gathering or a special event. If I'm just running errands or relaxing around the house, then I prefer to dress like a slob. It's comfortable.

I do have to admit to a running joke/giggle between my husband and I when we visit - "how many men with no sleeves/cut off sleeves will we see today?"
