Fracking so far is either west of I-99/US 220, or north of I-80, or both. PermitDrilledmaps

As mentioned FEMA is the source for flood maps, though not the most user friendly web site FEMA: Disasters & Maps - and either being in or out of an identified flood zone is no guarantee of flooding as mentioned also.

Thank you for your responses. I will take a look at your recommendations. I'm slightly happier now that the market is better today so I maybe I won't have to camp in your backyard.
