It looks similar, but with a lot of trucks lined up.

You keep attacking me and calling me childish names, but it doesn't excuse the fact that the loading dock is a joke. I don't really know if you have been there? Believe me the river side is even worse than the Smallman side.

You can call me your childish names and whatever, but the bottom line is, people are trying to safe a loading dock. Talk about clueless! Put a nice building there. That area needs something that looks fresh. It looks amazingly run down.

I was thinking the same thing. Hey everyone, lets save that super long loading dock, so there is something in the way of the riverfront development that is sure to come. Lets have this long low loading dock right in the middle of everything. Talk about backwards thinking. I am all for saving some nice buildings, but I have to draw the line on that thing! Goodness, get a grip.

It is similar, but more run down and has semi trucks lined up unloading. Think about what people are trying to do, save a double sided loading dock that kills the access to the riverfront from the strip. Put in a grid type development there that incorporates the riverfront and you would have a nice place. I wish people had a little vision.
