Well, it's actually located Lincoln-Lemington, not Highland Park. I'm typically leery of property managers that place these types of deceiving advertisements. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate set up an appoint to see the apartment and at least give the neighborhood and the manager a chance.

One more thing. I didn't see a property manager listed in the advertisement, so try to use the phone number to find out who it is and located customer reviews online.

Most people will tell you it's in the ghetto. And the ad is all kinds of deceptive about it.

That is indeed Lincoln Lemington. The location is close to the Highland Drive VA / Job Corps site. It is located at the very end of Lemington Ave. It's not scary, but it definately not Highland Park.

It's quite and a quick drive to Lawrenceville and East Liberty. No information on the interior, but the management company does a good job of maintaining the outside.

According to city stats, the neighborhood had zero murders! I was suprised to hear that. Lincoln Lemington is a strange place. You have intact 50's modern ranch neighborhoods next to run down dilapidated sections. The people who reside in these areas are as different as night and day. (very hood vs very buppy)!!!!
