We got a small dusting here in Point Breeze. I had to run up to North Versailles (near Walmart) and they got a few inches of snow up in that one area.

Very weird.

This hasn't happened so early in years. I do remember one Halloween when my kids were small, when they had to wear boots and winter jackets to go trick-or-treating.

@Mugatu: Those pics are gorgeous. I've got one as the background on my desktop.

Watching the Ill-Penn State game. They're saying it's a whiteout, but it doesn't look that bad to me. I've seen lots worse. I guess they did have to clear the field of snow before the game.

The tarp was covering the field until 90 mins before kickoff. And it looks like the snow is winding down in State College. But flip over to the West Virginia-Rutgers game. Now THAT is more like it! lol

It is pretty and wouldn't cause any hardships in that amount. It snowed like that on the night of my wedding, which was October 19, 1974. It sure freaked out relatives from California though! I remember the next day was sunny, dry and cool.
