It heavily depends on the area, the city for the most part expect jeans and a t-shirt pretty much, there are poorer areas of the metro where I have seen people unshowered wearing sweats and pajamas but that is more the exception and not the rule. I have seen slobs everywhere, even in Hollywood believe it or not

Most in the Pittsburgh area wear pajama paints and are not showered. That is pretty normal at the Waterworks Giant Eagle. Kind of gross, to be honest.
