Default Building one car garage
I searched with little success....

Anyone have a wag of how much a one car garage will cost me? I'm looking for cinder block or similar on a level lot. I'm probably going to have electric service as well for garage door opener and lighting.

I usually use CostHelper to help me determine such things.

From quickly glancing at their article, looks like between $8,400 and $10,800 for what you're looking for.
