The Parkway Theater is a historic movie theater on Broadway that will be restored for new use as a movie theater and lounge.

Please come out and support a local community that needs support. See you there!

Where: Broadway Ave., Stowe Township (McKees Rocks address)

I had no idea that the theater reopened. That's cool! What kind of films will they be showing? (First or second run? Indie? Classics?)

Well, the theater is not open yet, but it's undergoing restoration as we speak. I think it will be showing indie and classic films! Hopefully, a few Joan Crawford and Liz Taylor films.

We need more indie houses. This is good news. Has anyone heard an update on the Denis in Mt Lebo?

I'm still waiting to hear what is going on with the Roxian in McKees Rocks. All I heard was that they were restoring that one too and that was ghoing to be aconcert venue. Haven't heard a peep in a year and a half.
