Great shots. See you're a fellow appreciateur of historic buildings in the area. This old German schoolhouse from the late 1800's was just bought and is being renovated near my house in Millvale. I am so so glad because it is such a lovely property that had been sitting for at least the past 7 years...so many great properties in this area!

The next one I'm hoping someone will pick up is the old Wentz Hotel on Evergreen Ave in Millvale. It is such a cool, historic building with some amazing architecture, but it has been a few years since anything at all was happening there and it is falling apart pretty quickly...hope someone saves it from the wrecking ball!

I love the Wentz Hotel, too. I wish I had the money to take on such a big project.

I love the Allegheny Social Hall building, and I'd love to see a time when the area has a need or demand for a social hall.
