Ok, besides social issues as gay marriage & abortion, what other negatives are there about him as I don't think those 2 issues matter all that much to many people (yes I realize they matter a lot to some on both sides of those issues). I'm genuinely curious as I wasnt around here during the majority of his tenure in office.

This one in particular. I don't even live in Pittsburgh, and I heard about it. That struck me as a sleazy thing to do.
