Burgatory coming to the North Shore would be amazing. I know in better weather we'd be taking trips over there for lunch from downtown.

With that said, I wonder how well Toby Keith will do over there. There is a pretty high turnover rate of bars/restaurants there. Places pack it in during games, but the rest of the time? Crickets. I still think the Waterfront would have been the best place to put it.

Burgatory at CEC have good burgers though expensive for a burger ($12/ no sides) - I will add that as with the restuarant, the CEC burgatory offers milkshakes. They are excellent at the restuarant but beyond awful at the arena. They are premade & I have no idea what they are made out of there either as I got I've before the game started, disliked it so much that I only had a bit if it & by the 3rd period it had not melted or anything & was the same consistency.

By the way, the Wingharts in the SouthSide must be nearing completion as they have a sign up.

I think he meant that the hip and trendy people are happy that it's not coming to the South Side Works. (Wouldn't have been a good fit anyway.)

Like someone else said Burgatory @ Waterworks is crowded ALL THE TIME...Shoppers eat there, Movie Goers eat there, I think people make destination trips to Waterworks just for Burgatory with no intentions on doing anything else that's when you know you have a hit.

Companies don't usually disclose expansion plans until a lease is signed so perhaps a North Shore location may still be possible, but if not, they can always open a new location at the Settlers Ridge complex in Robinson considering the growth in the western suburbs.

Burgatory - first decent burger I had since moving to Pittsburgh (aside from the lovable Ruggers Pub in South Side). Shakes were awesome too. I went on like a Thursday night at 8pm and was seated in about 20 minutes(?). Can grab a spot at the bar too it looks like.

Wingarts - where in South Side? I have this on my list of places to try.
