Question City of Pgh Tax Forms?

Does the City of Pittsburgh still mail out thier tax forms? Last year when I moved into the city, I had to call them to have mail the form and booklet to me. I thought they had told me that I had to call them when I first moved in and them I would be on the mailing list every year to recieve one, but I have yet to get one. Has anyone else gotten thiers yet?

This year I didn't get the booklet, but an envelope post marked from the Oliver Building that had the tax forms and some instructions.

I didn't get the booklet that I've gotten in the past, but I did get a set of PGH-40 forms from a Jordan Tax Service, which seemed shady but is apparently how the school district taxes are collected now.

I became a city resident in March 2011. I downloaded the forms from Jordan Tax Service's website and completed them. I'm hoping to just mail them off and it not be an issue.

Update: I called Jordan Tax Service. The forms I downloaded and completed can be sent in. Pretty quick and easy process since my employer withholds the 3%. All I have to do is quickly work out the return.

Yeah, I also got the forms mailed to me by Jordan Tax Service. I was confused at first because I used to pay my local taxes through them when I lived in my apartment. When I saw the envelope I thought maybe there was some problem with an old tax form or something. But, whew, I guess the school district hired them.

I think I did my city taxes over the phone, hit a few buttons, and that was it. Super easy. I told them to keep the penny that I owed.

It's all new this year with the changeover. City stuff will all go through Jordan Tax Service now.

I filed using the online service this year. It was incredibly easy, but unfortunately not as colorful as the form from previous years.
