Apparently, the KKK has chosen Export, PA for their next meeting. This is sad. I've never know anyone from Export, but I hope that this doesn't stain the small community. This isn't a rally, so it hasn't gotten much publicy. But, it's a "mandatory meeting" of the PA and Maryland branches of the KKK and will be at an undisclosed location. I wonder if they will be using a powerpoint presentation during this mandatory meeting? Bizarre.

So, I expect all 13 of the remaining KKK members will be attending this meeting. Welcome to 2012.

Hate to break the news, but it is down to 12. Billy Bob just kicked the bucket after eating too many grits

The fact that you're taking this lightly is disappointing at best. It's remarkable that so many people think the KKK has gone away because it's 2012. It's still alive and (apparently) well. They feel comfortable to come into our territory and take our space. That isn't something that should be joked about and otherwise ignored.

Oh please there will be about 10 people at that thing. Means nothing. There are always extreme types in every race, religion and really about everything. Not worth the news or really the time to read that stuff. Yes, it should be taken lightly.

1. There will be more than 10 people at it.
2. It will only represent a small number of the members of the KKK because it isn't a general assembly.
3. Racism/sexism/homophobia/Islamophobia/etc. are definitely worth the time. The fact that you're willing to let that exist as though you're okay with it means that you are part of the problem.

It is nothing to be taken lightly. They hate my cousin for being black. They hate my other cousin for being Japanese. They hate my family for having a Jewish background. They hate me for being pansexual and genderfluid. They hate my friends for being POC and/or *****. Not acting will only encourage them to feel safe taking our space and working with our communities. That is nothing to be okay with.

Um, excuse me, but I AM OKAY for it to exist! I believe in what the USA was founded on. FREEDOM!!!!! As long as they don't break the law, they are afforded the right to assemble. Plain and simple. DON'T you feel superior because you are crushing an amendment. Who do you think you are? They can exist and will exist. I don't care if they are homophobes. So is the entire Catholic Church!

Bottom line is, I would like to feel we still live in a semi free country. I don't care about agreeing with them. I hate the Tea Party, but don't say they can't exist!

End of conversation. You have to think logically, and you are just hating them. Just as bad as they are IMHO.
