Well, just to update, when all was said and done the son settled on a place in Bellevue. I guess you can call it a diversified neighborhood ! It seemed like a melting pot of all kinds of humanity.I never seen so many twisting, turning and rolling streets quite like that place.Complete with a few brick streets But its a quick shot down 279 into town and the rents in the $600 neighborhood so we're satisfied so far.

1 bedroom would be 800 or more but if he would look at a studio he could get one for about 650 at Allegheny Center and thats a 20 minute walk top to the Casino.
