One of these days I'm gonna buy a used Escalade and put two bumper stickers on it:

"CUT DOWN THE RAINFOREST AND BUILD A BIG MALL!"

"McDONALD'S: FEEDING THE WORLD SINCE 1955."

Not sure what I'll do after that, though. Maybe I could install a bunch of tiny cameras inside and park it in Greenwich Village or something.

I just think a bumper sticker on one of those should say, using as much fuel as I can before I die. Polluting as much as possible. I am selfish. Those would fit well.

Now back on the subject, I don't think "yuppies" drive Escalades.

Hahaha, good point! The whole premise is flawed.

"Yuppies" wouldn't be caught dead in one of those, methinks....

Yeah, maybe a big SUV, but not an Escalade. Tons of women drive huge SUVs for some reason. I think it is a thing like, look, my husband wants to protect me and bought me this huge land barge. Look at me, look at me!!! Strange society and all I see is total selfishness. Ah well, it all makes the world go around.

My favorite thing was living in Detroit...and driving past dilapidated old houses with weeds growing from gutters, falling down, just in general decay...and there's a Escalade on 24's in the driveway...

I think it's more like those women are the ones doing all the shopping for their families and ferrying the kids around, so they want a bigger car for that.
