Thanks again to everyone! I'm sure I won't get stabbed walking the city steps haha, I haven't been stabbed walking around McKees Rocks at night yet, but I will definitely be cautious. I am getting the house inspected but it needs all kinds of work, and I,ve already got it for absolutely bottom dollar. It's going to take me years to get it right. I am going to live in the Stowe house until I get the Spring Hill one cleaned up, which will probably be a while. The inside needs some love. I will be selling the Stowe house, and will be letting it go quite cheap, probably under 15k, if anyone is interested.

I'm also excited to finally have a house big enough for a baby grand piano, although I won't be able to afford one until I'm 100.

See and there you have it: twenty-something social worker owns two houses in Pittsburgh. Congrats man, I'm happy for you.

Congratulations! Great choice! Spring Hill is my favorite neighborhood! I end up there at least once, usually multiple times, every time I visit the Burgh.

Here are a couple pictures. Couldn't resist! Still nervous about the inspection. I did some research the other night and found the house listed on the city directory dating back to 1887.
