Good idea; I never understood the license limit. Just sell as many as there's a demand for.

And touche on Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, but the people who are moving there are being offered beaucoup bucks to do so, so my point still stands, even if it needs a crutch to do so now.

I guess I would say Pennsylvania is offering financial incentives to people as well, namely decent jobs at a time when they are not in abundance.

But again, I think this just points out that the state's liquor laws, while an annoyance, are not so repressive as to be a dominant factor in most people's migration decisions.
