The housing at Penn & Negley, the 5700 block of Broad St as well as out on the 6200 block of Broad, I think all of those are subsidized, and on Penn Circle East going toward Negley Run.


There is still a fair amount of lower income rental opportunities in East Lib, although perhaps not as much as just 6 or 7 years ago.
