Not sure how things are downtown or in the suburbs, but in Oakland / East End it's wall-to-wall posters and advertising for * FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES* *GREAT PAY* *PART TIME OPENINGS* with Vector. Vector Marketing, that is, not security:

Don't get suckered into their scam! VM is a bunch of con-artists - Vector Marketing Jobs | Indeed.com

Years ago I went to an interview for a summer job in the "marketing" field . . . turned out it was going to be selling cologne out of a brief case on college campuses.

When I graduated high school I got a letter in the mail from them. It was going on and on about how great it is, and how they are super interested in my with my new high school graduate skills. I went to a group "interview" where I was pressured to put down $335 for a deposit on the set of knives that I would use as the demo knives when going door to door to sell them.

I was very disappointed, I really thought my high school diploma was going to lead directly to a summer job! They told me to wait in the waiting room while they got the cash box to get everybody's money. I just left.

Oh man. LOL

Thanks for the heads up. It's rather unfair for "companies" to list these .errr, jobs, like that.

Sometimes it really makes you wonder who's truly looking at your resume when you send it off, ya know? Scary.
