Where might one find someone to do woodcarving (if anywhere) (Penn: price, clubs)

Ok, rather off question - but figured I'd ask in the off chance that someone here knew of anyplace/ person in the area that does wood carving.

Specifically was asking because my grandfather is turning 90 and he has always liked old firearms so I was making him a personalized Pennsylvania Rifle. Now I can do basic woodworking & pretty decent metal working but have neither the skill or the tools for any detailed woodworking and would like to add some personal touches to the stock - something along these lines:

Like I said, it's a long shot, but someone might know somebody who does this sort of thing in the area like a furniture carver or the like. Thanks
