While I don't know of any guitar lessons to be had, I do know that the Ligonier Tavern has live music on weekend nights. You aren't going to find Johnny Marr on guitar, but I would imagine that the local dude playing acoustic guitar could point you in the right direction for private instruction.

Check with any local music stores around. Even if they don't offer lessons, they will usually have a "bulletin board" of some type with business cards of bands, teachers, recording studios, etc.
