Default Haunted House for Children

My 7-year old daughter would like to visit a Haunted House and "spooky forest" this Fall. Any ideas that would be thrilling for 7 and 10 year olds --just not tooo scary? We can drive anywhere in the Pittsburgh area, but north of the city would be best. Thanks,
