The term " Amish" describes a Christian religious sect with deep roots in Pennsylvania.
There are countless Amish Farms in western PA.
With that corrected I'm going to turn it over to someone in the western part of the state to assist you further.

You can get so-called Amish goods at some stores around here and there. Many aren't really Amish, they are Mennonites, but marketers of goods like "Amish" for the ring of the name. I pass some little Amish stands up north that are in fact Amish people that are selling pies, corn and whatnot. Up on Rt. 66 where Rt. 36 is. North of Rt. 80 past Clarion. They don't have their little stands out all that often, so you might have to stop and ask around.

In addition to New Wilmington that was mentioned earlier, there are Amish/Mennonite communities in and around Smicksburg in northern Indiana County, Brush Valley in Indiana County and southern Somerset County west of Salisbury and north of Grantsville MD.

I guess you want a farmers market not necessarily an AMish market. If you want lamb, is it halal lamb you need? Cuz I can tell you a couple of places in the city where you can get that.
