It's just absolutely georgeous. I'd say it's peak or close to it.

I'm going to take my camera tomorrow and post some pictures here.

Do you have any plans to enjoy the fall foilage this weekend?

Didn't you get the memo in the "ten things I hate about Pittsburgh thread" that it is hideous, grey, depressing, and bleak in Pittsburgh starting October 1st-late April???

Must not be raining down there yet. (It is up here at the house.)

The sunrise this morning was beautiful with the fall colors. Did not notice the the my mums n fall foliage was at its peak. I had my son run back in the house to get my camera so that I could take pictures before walking to his school bus stop.

If one of you guys happen to take a shot in an old graveyard, I hope you post it. I'm a sucker for shots like that.

I mowed the lawn earlier and got a lot of fall stuff done outside. It was beautiful and to be honest, it still is with this dark rain. I am going to make stuffed pork chops and the wind is going and the smell is soon to come from the oven. It is a nice time of year. Rain was never such a big deal to me, unless it rains for a week or something. Then it can get to me a bit, but to be honest, I don't remember the last time we had rain more than a day. Been pretty dry overall.

Glad someone else is enjoying fall. It is really nice. Looking forward to skiing season, but I am about the 10% that does.

I took a shot in an old graveyard this past Saturday... but it was of a headstone only, in Boston, dated 1661.
LOVE old cemeteries!

I love this time of year. Except for the 40 hours of leaf work.

I used to always be messing around with leaves and keeping my place looking like some golf course. Last year I decided to be much more green and not do anything about leaves until they are ALL down. I did one cleanup at the very end of the fall. I will never go back to doing that all the time. One cleanup and boom, done. Best change I have made for that season. I am still crazy about cleaning up snow. Always cleaning everything and many times I do my neighbors because I enjoy it and a few of them are getting older.
