Not saying it couldn't happen, but seems dubious something happened the way the 'victim' said. Let's see what Pitt says/does.

According to the article, the seem guilty. But my question is, how many of you have been on Atwood/Oakland Streets on a weekend night? Really could have been anybody. Not saying this is right, but I see people who get blamed for things they didn't do on a weekly basis. I just would rather not get involved with issues that don't concern me.

In an interview with police, Mr. Olsheski said he was walking in Oakland with two women when Mr. Graham stopped him, said, "What's up?" and uttered a racial slur.
I'm dying to know what racial slur it was. I can't think of that many that would apply to a guy named Olsheski...

Odd that this is news right before the Notre dame game - when it happened almost two weeks ago, and the "alleged victim" did not want a report filed...

I am not sure I understand the thread title. Is the implication that, since three students have been charged with a crime they haven't been convincted of, all 30,000 Pitt students should be thought of as criminals?
