Westinghouse moving to Cranberry

Wesinghouse is moving its World Headquarters to Cranberry, and the majority of employees in Western PA will be working there. Most of the engineering departments will be working out of Cranberry. The move from the current location in Monroeville will begin in the next couple years and eventually the Monroeville office will be closed.

Do you know anyone that would be interested at Westinghouse in a 3 year old brick house on almost 3 acre lot with pond at bottom in Hamony. 20 minute drive to WH Cranberry.

Please help, my job is now relocating me to DC area. Will be living in Charles Town, WV. I need to sell this house quick and avoid realtor fees. Any idea for possible buyers ?
