I always either hung out at the 7-ll nearby or off the exit prior to the airport. Other cities have had these for years.

So THAT'S what all of those people are always doing right off the toll road!

I never sat on the berm of the road, always in a vacant lot near the exit.

I couldn't figure why they were there, but that's so obvious.

Early on, people would park on the entrance road to the airport. Seriously, after 911, WTF were they thinking?

And just take a flask? Good way to save $6 ($5 for the beer + $1 for the short term parking). I'll keep that in mind.

I always just park in the garage, which I think was only $1 for under an hour. I could never figure out why people parked on the berm of the expressway, which is dangerous, rather than just go to the garage if you're just picking someone up.

I am not really sure why the police don't chase them off. There are cars along that stretch just about every time I drive by.
