^Pittsburghese is still overall a lot more blue collar than Philly speak.

A very small percentage of the population speaks Pittsburghese though.

To the full extent, sure, but it's a sliding scale like anything else. Few Philadelphians sound like the cast of Rocky. Most people from both cities have at least some of their respective regions' linguistic quirks.
