that would depend on how much rent would be. I thought i found a good match in north shadyside, but it seems the current tenants landlord might rent it to a single person (and most likely for more money) instead of 3 college(under and graduate) ones.
shame too be cause it was perfect (off 71d, with rear parking for my car,etc). waiting on what the landlord plans to do, but i'm still looking.

To me "North Shadyside" would be the area near between Baum Boulevard and the Busway (i.e. upper Morewood Avenue, Maripoe Street, Broughton Street, those newer townhouses back there, Enfield Street, etc.) That's sort of a weird "no man's land" between Bloomfield, Shadyside, and North Oakland.
