I think there was on in Homestead at one point. It was in an old bank building near the Waterfront.

Google is coming up with a place called Dottie's Place at 1128 Ross Street in Pittsburgh.

Although not 24 hours, there is one that is night care from 9pm to 9am called RE Williams Child Night Care on Liberty.

I did see Dottie's on Google too but it didn't have a website so I assumed it was a woman's home.

I just looked at google maps for both places. They are both in private homes.

There might not be a 24 hour daycare center in this region. I don't think there's a huge demand.

You might have to consider other options, like hiring someone to come to your house.

Looking on Craigslist at job openings a few weeks ago, there was a center opening that offered really late care and/or round the clock services. It was a very odd set-up to me. They actually required their workers to live on the property. I have never seen a center that required teachers to live in. Occasionally you will see that with nannies but this was not a nanny service. I don't know anything about it other than they were looking for teachers. It would not be something I would be able to do so I didn't inquire about it further.
