One word describes what 3G is doing: RAPE.

They strip it to the bones, sell it than move to the next company. The CEO bernardo has been CEO of like 3 companies in the last 10 years. THE NEW HEINZ CFO IS 34 years old!!

Why the inexperience? Because they follow a play book. They don't need business sense because they don't plan on growing the business, only stripping costs on the short term. It will get them a fast buck but it is NOT SUSTAINABLE!

In 3 years max they will have sold Heinz back and will have moved on. Leaving the next group to pick up the wreak age and try to rebuild this iconic company. A shame they leave so many families run over.

Even middle management in corporate America is full of what I call '18 month men' these days. They use their big toothy smiles to sell themselves to other 18 month men in slightly higher positions, continue smiling for 18 months, then move on when things begin falling to pieces. Then another 18 month man is hired.

2003, Rugby World Cup winners. Note 'world'. Rugby makes NFL look like a non-violent jog in the park.
