Was wondering if anyone new a cheap place to buy carpet. I want nothing fancy. Just a piece to put in my unfinished basement. I called Remnant City and they were more expensive than Home Depot.

Thoughts?

I found mine at Home Depot - 8x10 for about $45. But you have to keep checking because the selection changes a lot.

Just drive around Fox Chapel day before garbage collection. Maybe h_curtis could help.

He is probably skiing. Are you chiming in from the Foggy Goggle?

Anyway, want something that is fairly large and not just a rug. A large carpet scrap.

I have never been to Trader Horn. I looked at their website and they sell remnants. Kind of what I want.

Thanks.

Last time I was there, Construction Junction has a whole bunch of new carpet squares. Or maybe the time before the last time I was there.

Big Lots and Tuesday morning usually have good deals. I almost bought a gorgeous big area rug at Tuesday Morning last year because the price was so amazing.
