Lord of the rings - Shadowfax - YouTube

I am a big fan of Tolkien's writing and Horses have been a large part of my life for over 30 years... seemed an obvious choice. Shadowfax has been one of my screen names for quite a number of years now.

The 42 is not a reference to the works of Douglas Adams?

I discarded the handle I had previously used on Internet message boards at a time I felt like a refugee living in a place commonly abbreviated "LI", and though I have not lived there for a while, I continue to use it.

Happy to say, I was made a Copanut.

Double-Yoi to you, sir!

The Steeler radio team has fallen far from the days of Jack and Myron (which I'm just old enough to remember).

To the question at hand, my name is James and I live in Pittsburgh. Mmmm-Hah.

Sorry to AaronPGH for the unintentional ripoff.

Well yeah, but that one was obvious with no particular story. Me and 10 million others have that kind of reference online right?

And here I thought that you were a big Barry Manilow fan.

Huh. Always wondered if it had something to do with Myron.

Can't say I didn't sometimes get tired of all that, but yoi and double yoi!

I once had three himalayan cats--Tabi, Neko, and Taro. That was the golden age of my cat family. Tabi and Neko ended up with somewhat tragic fates, but Taro is still with me.
