Looking for home/apt to rent - ASAP
HELP! My fiance and I have to relocate back to our home city of Pittsburgh due to an emergency by December 10th. (We are driving up from Florida)
We are looking for a clean, affordable ($0-$675) apartment or home in the Ambridge, New Sewickley/ Sewickley area. Ideally the place would have 1 - 2 BR because we need an office. We visited this past week to search for housing, but no luck and now we have one week to find a place!
Can any one help us?

go to craigslist.com.........I found a few amazing properties on there and when we move, I will most likely use one of them myself.

Do NOT go to craigslist! Schemes run rampant there. I was schemed by a "landlord" there. They claimed to have a beautiful home for rent. They sent pics and everything that "proved" it. It was nothing more than a condemned tenement slum!!!! I am currently suing for my money back. |

To the OP here..have you tried any property management companies? Google it or check in your yellow pages online? I know they exist, I checked out a few but they did not have any homes I was interested in that fit my need, but they may fit yours? Good luck and I am sorry i had mentioned CL now, I guess i would say that if you did use CL, be on guard and go slow?

you arent supposed to send money to them before you see the place anyway.. you can always get their name and search their property online in that city.......
