Boulder cops declare ‘rock stacking’ a jailable offense to stop local artist who spent 7 years creating sculptures

Bunch of lawless malcontent rock stackers out in the wild wild west. No wonder Kat spends so much time on here, I'd be afraid to leave the house with that sort of unsavory element wandering around outdoors.

I wasn't trying to start a fight, I was just wondering when Boulder/Denver and Pittsburgh were going to show up on the Top Ten Places to Stack Rocks list on BuzzFeed.

Didn't want to make a whole new thread, so I'm bumping this one.

Is the/any water company supposed to notify residents when they're planning on doing maintenance that turns the water off? I ask because this morning I had the opportunity to sleep in a little, not thinking much about the clunking and truck noises I heard down the block until I went to perform my morning ablutions and found no water. A robocall telling me that if I wanted to take a shower I'd better do it before 8 a.m. would have been nice.

Default When posting article links, can you please provide context?

Loving some of the new threads and posts with links to articles. It's nice to have a bit more info than the URL IMHO. Maybe a summary sentence, your opinion about it and/or a quote from article?
Posting under this thread since someone may think this is a stupid idea but I think it's fabulous

Not sure, but it ticks me off when water is brown and company says "run the faucet for a few minutes" before using the water. Are they compensating customers for this water? Ugh.
