My fiancee and I are apartment hunting starting in the South Hills area.
The four key things we are looking for are the following:
1. Wheelchair Accessible (ground level)
2. Pet Friendly (two cats)
3. Preferred utilities: gas, water, and sewage
4. In a safe and quiet community/setting
We are beginning with a tour of Park Place Apartments in South Park first, does anyone happen to know of Surrey Garden and Berkshire Apartments? We are both asking anyone here with personal experiences of these three apartments.

Berkshire has lobos mgt. Google them, they are very bad, maybe the worst in pgh. Surrey gardens are nice, i know people wholived in them. Park place is also nice, but the units are mostly outdated. I also know people who were happy with lindenbrook apartments in bethel.
