Well if you want to live in the Mon Valley it'll be cheap but for the people who want to live in the actual city of Pittsburgh, it's probably going to keep getting more expensive.

DC certainly aligns itself with the north these days. If you go outside the city in more rural areas of VA or MD, those are southern states for sure and if you called it northern to some of those folks, you might be in a bit of a situation.
