Default when do they re-assess butler county propertys
I am buying a property in butler county and it needs considerable re-hab on the interior. because this is a reconstruction loan the proper permits need pulled. I need to know what will trigger a re-assessment of this property. it had considerable changes in size to this property within the last 10 years andwas reassessed about 7 years ago.
