i read recently that norwin school district is only school district in westmoreland county to gain kids over the past decade.

Just a tad overdramtic there from the fella who doesn't care if corporations pay their fair share.

Also in case you haven't noticed, taxes on alcohol here among the highest in the country. Not sure what point you are making there.
