I am a raving alcoholic, taking a job transfer from Ohio, the armpit of America. I am hoping that that comment developed some rapport with yunz.
Grew up in Penn Hills. I know where to drink in Church Hill Valley (at home, or the crappy little bar on Long Road).
Other than at home, if you lived in eastern part of Scott Twp. (specifically, Green Briar Village), where would you be doing most of your imbibing?
Background info: 36 yo, single, but attached, and male. Looking for a fun place, not a pick up bar (unless chicks are MUCH hotter than my girlfriend - she would be OK with that
Of course, I would prefer if the chicks were hot, the guys are not...).
Anyone who mentions BW3's or Applebee's gets a virtual slap.
And I don't drink and drive (yay for me, not even after one) so something within cheap cab or walking distance would be nice...
Also, getting used to the Pgh left is tough. People honking at me for not just gunning the engine as soon as the light turns...
