For your age you would enjoy the following bars: They all get pretty crowded with college students and recent grads but they are more of the livlier establishments.


The Urban Tap - More relaxed atmosphere
Marios
Rowdy Buck - Turns into dance club
Finn McCools
Carson City Saloon - Good place for sports
Steel Cactus - New bar in the ss that has alot of outdoor/ rooftop seating

If you dont like that type of atmosphere then Tiki Lounge, Lava Lounge, Jack's, Acacia, Library, Cupkas are good to try.

if the OP cant afford a cover charge, I doubt she will be a fan of Acacia. But yes they have the best cocktails in pittsburgh

^^^^Don’t they??? Acacia and the Library are really the only places left down there that I can be in after 9 pm....

Check out Carmella's Plates & Pints too (where the former dive 'inn-termisson' was); new owners have done a fantastic job at renovating it in my opinion; will also be serving food soon too as well. Had an older crowd when I was there.

Does anyone in South Side do a good frozen margarita? I've been craving one lately. I know Mad Mex has decent ones.

I live in southside..

like they said..only the "clubs" charge

so if its more of a club/bar they may charge friday night.. So that leaves you with, 100 other bars to hop to haha
