There are posts about it on the Pittsburgh subreddit, with pictures, so it was definitely seen locally.

I saw it, about 6PM I was driving across the bridge from West View headed to Forest Avenue. It was the largest meteor I've seen in a long time and it made it really low before burning out. My oldest daughter saw it too, it was her first!

I saw it driving in the North Hills around 6:25 p.m. on Monday. It was poison green and by far the largest meteor I've ever seen. It took about 5 full seconds to traverse the sky from my vantage point, and I only lost sight of it because of the horizon. The illusion of its proximity was strong enough that I rolled down my car window to listen for an impact, but of course didn't hear anything.
