Looking to live in Downtown Louisville, preferably a high rise condo in the 300K range but see very few options. Currently living on the 28th floor just outside Chicago's downtown core but wife wants to transfer to Louisville ( she already has an offer ) so we can be ready to leave in a few months. We both want to be close to the action that Louisville has to offer which we know very little about and we both would love to have a city view from our place so I guess what I'm asking is there any real options for us in the immediate future and or if anyone knows if any high rise condo buildings are on the planning board ?
please advise

The most famous and largest Louisville is in Kentucky, but a dozen other cities named Louisville are in other states including Tennessee.

You'll love Louisville! There are great sandwiches there, and aquatic vehicles that make duck sounds! It's a zany, quirky place. Get in line early for the roller coasters! One goes beneath the river, no less.
