I think too, that in S. Western Pennsylvania...it could be psychologically that some poor white people
can't deal with the fact there might be some BLACK people better off than them...The concept of "BLACK
middle class" might be alien to both poor and/or working blacks and whites in S.Western Pennsylvania..
After all this isn't Philly,Atlanta or Columbus where you might actually see a BALANCE of ALL classes of
black people...And as far as New Ken..I have heard there are and have always been some STONE FOOLS up there both black and white as far as the rep. of the town goes..(stone-a slang word meaning
